Spearhead and nurturing the company for the last 15
years to it’s current peak.
In his career spanning over 3 decades and varied
experience in the manufacturing, service industry,
professional practice (currently managing partner in
the associate firm Ramesh and Ramachandran Chartered
Accountants) have contributed significantly to the
growth of Spearhead.
He has served various of public sector and private
companies in the capacities up to Vice President.
Promoted companies viz., Spearhead Logistics,
Spearhead BPO services etc., for services under
various domain specializations.
Has been spearheading the objectives of the company
through his foresight, dedication and constant
pursuit of newer business avenues and helping the
company grow strength to strength.
Currently heads the marketing and strategy
development functions for the company.
Aged
about 53 years a qualified Advocate from Bangalore
University. He has been associated with the company
for the last 10 years and has been responsible for
the growth of the company business and delivery
operations over the last decade.
Close to 3 decades of his experience in
manufacturing, service industry in the domains of
finance and accounts, HR have helped in his services
to the company.
Managed operations of Spearhead Logistics
successfully up to 2006.
He has been the backbone of the company’s own
backend services and has been ensuring unstinted
support to achieve the objectives of the company
through his hard work and dedication.
Currently front ends the strategy development and
backend functions for the company.
Aged
about 35 years a qualified MBA from Symbiosis, an
NSE certified Financial Advisor, IRDA certified
insurance advisor; has been associated with the
company for the last 10 years and has contributed
immensely to the growth of the company business and
front end delivery operations.
Close to 15 years of his experience in various
fields including but not limited to the domains of
finance / accounts, taxation, BPO services,
information technology have helped in his services
to the company.
He has been the frontend of the company’s service
delivery and has been ensuring unstinted support to
achieve the objectives of the company through his
hard work and dedication.
His flair for Information Technology has seen the
company moving on a IT automated route for all
service delivery.
Currently front ends the strategy development,
client backend operations and the marketing front
end functions for the company.
Aged
about 55 years a qualified Cost Accountant and
Company Secretary has been associated with the
company for the last 6 years and has been a guiding
force behind the company’s growth plans, operations
and strategy.
He was behind the success stories of various MNCs’
viz., Texas, Compaq, Motorola, Spice Telecom, Apple
computers etc., in India during his career spanning
over 30 years he has been the business head of most
of these companies for their Indian operations and
has handled finance /operations portfolios with
great élan.
Currently he is an advisor on the board and helps in
strategy development and other advisory services.
